41 Days of Better Health

I took 100 day challenge of regular exercise in the first week of September 2019. Though I started regular exercise few days before walking on this path of 100DC. Once I decided and booked domain It has become my regular activity to undergo 30 minutes of exercise at home or anywhere. I have been to various places in last 41 days like have gone to Haridwar, Rishikesh and also to my native village in Fatehabad district of Haryana. Wherever I have gone I have accomplished the goal of half an hour daily exercise. Recently the results of daily exercise are showing up and few of friends and family persons have started noticing the change in my outer shape of my body. I am getting leaner and stronger day by day. It seems that I have just completed 40 days of exercise and in coming two months substantial change / transformation will be seen in my body as I am holistically following the fitness regimen. As I sometime get bored of doing a kind of exercise so keeping that in mind I kept my goal of 30 minute exercise and that is why I keep changing my exercise module frequently as per my choice and convenience. I am pushing my limits by starting various exercises. Earlier I used to hardly 20 push ups in a stretch but now I can do 40 push ups in one go and have daily routine of doing 100 push ups a day and 60 situps a day. Similarly some of the days during this challenge till now I have jogged for one hour with distance covered as much as 10 kilometers. My body is becoming fitter and strong with these exercises and daily challenges. 

I started writing on this blog to record my improvement as per my daily routine and exercise. Now with the past 40+ days it has become my habit as I regularly update about my exercise. I do this for myself but in future It will also help those who may be interested in taking 100 day body transformation challenge on any other 100 day challenge of learning an activity which is important to someone. Recording of events is necessary to know about the improvement and knowing whether we are moving in right direction. As per my analysis and changes in my routine and daily life it seems that I am on right path. What about you ? How you are doing? Improving any goal then share here ...
