38th Day of Challenge - Running & Exercise
I am on my way to fulfill the 100 day challenge which I took in the first week of September 2019. I was looking for a way in which I can exercise daily to have a healthy body and healthy mind. What I realized that people across the world take 30 day challenge, 50 day challenge, 100 day challenge or round the year challenge for one or multiple activities. Those who have completed these challenges have shown their improvements as well as positive and negative side, ups and downs during the challenge etc. I also took a 100 day challenge for daily exercise. I thought I may not be able to do the same exercise for 100 days so I customized my 100DC as per my convenience, need and availability of time for me. I decided to have at least 30 minute exercise regularly which may be single exercise of blend of exercises. Today is 38th day of my challenge and it seems to me that I have significantly improved in these 38 days as people have started saying that I am becoming thinner and leaner. I am shedding off extra kilos which I use to take with me all around just like punishment. My waistline is shrinking day by day.
Day after tomorrow I will be reaching 40th day of my exercise and there will be two more months to complete the challenge. I can imagine myself with the completion of 100 day challenge of 30 minutes exercise daily will completely transform my body and this will have a pivotal impact in my personal life. Completion of 100 day challenge will not mean that I will give up 30 minute exercise after that. This is just began of a journey for better health and lifestyle. Every 100 days I will take a challenge and try to imbibe and inculcate new habits with these challenges. I have yet not decided what I will be doing after completion of this challenge but one new challenge will come that I am sure... that may be dancing for 100 days or writing for 100 days, may be 100 day meditation challenge, video making for you tube on some specific subject ... it may be anything but it will help me grow in my personal life and to become a better human being.
I have not been able to check my weight from last 10 days and I will have to go somewhere or in some gym to know what is my current weight now? My body weight is reducing and muscle mass is increasing which is sign of better health and positive outcome of exercising regularly.
