30 Days of Better Health, Fitness and Exercise
Title of today's post is "30 Days of Better Health, Fitness and Exercise" which also indicate that I have completed one month of exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. I don't know about other benefits but one thing I have achieved in last 30 days that whenever I wake up in the morning my mind start craving to go to the park for running / exercise or if that is not possible then exercise at home. This has become my daily routine and I am improving in many ways in my life through this transformation. I waking up early in the morning from last 30 days, I exercising or running daily for 30 minutes from last 30 days. I feel agile and active from last one month due to regular exercise and slight decrease in my body weight. I have also improved my stamina, BMI, routine etc in last one month. I am saying so because the day I took challenge for myself to have a better version of me in next 100 days was started with sudden popping out of idea while listening some motivational video of Mahatriya Ra and now I have achieved at least one milestone which is "30 minute exercise for 30 days". If you will go through my blog then you will come to know that I have considered 30th Day, 60th Day, 90th Day and 100th Day of continuous exercise as four milestone in this journey. So as per my own standards I have reached to my first milestone in the journey for better health and lifestyle.
Today I could not go to park for running and even I was unable to do my exercise in the morning so that I did in the evening. After coming home from work I engaged myself in arms exercise for 30 minutes. I was at home so thought there should be a photo for 30th Day of exercise on the journey to 100 Day Challenge so I am uploading that photograph below. Just let me know have you started your journey or you are a regular fitness freak and doing exercise daily for health body and health mind?
